At ThinkTech, we were running the usual digital playbook for CDAP lead generation. Our audience was small business owners, not digital natives. I proposed radio as a local awareness channel. We ran a targeted campaign, tracked inbound leads, and it outperformed our digital benchmarks. The lesson: stay open to what actually performs, even if it's not the obvious channel.
At Pop Up Wine, I owned the entire retention and lifecycle stack on Shopify. I built automated Klaviyo flows for repeat purchases, loyalty milestones, referrals, and gifting, layered with live chat and improved digital touchpoints. Those automations became a core revenue engine, directly contributing to 30% growth in online sales and improved customer lifetime value.
Pop Up Wine launched a new in-person concept, then COVID hit one week later. I led the pivot: launched on RedMart and Foodpanda, built one-hour delivery by coordinating with 3PL software, onboarded drivers, and rebuilt all messaging across email and social. Fast decisions, cross-functional alignment, marketing tied tightly to operations.
At HSS, I managed vendor communication, attendee messaging, agenda web pages, and physical collateral for Roofmart's national NES event. Simultaneously I support multiple B2B clients across digital, PR, events, and advertising as an embedded marketing lead who owns strategy right through to execution.
