01 / My journey

I've worn many marketing hats.
And loved the variety.

My career hasn't followed a straight line. From India to Singapore to Canada, each role changed how I think about people, brands and business. I'm starting with my latest work here, while the chapter numbers trace the journey from the beginning.

HSS Enterprises

Marketing Services Manager · Calgary

After leading marketing at ThinkTech, I moved into a role that brought together strategy, campaigns and the practical details that make brands visible. At HSS Enterprises, I was a marketing partner for B2B accounts including Roofmart, RoofCentre and Liberty Roofing Center, leading planning and execution across digital, advertising, PR, social media, events, trade shows, print and sales enablement.

A big part of my work happened in real spaces, not just on screens. I coordinated showroom promotional materials, signage and board printing, worked on content for showroom TV displays, and helped get finished materials produced and delivered where they needed to be. It meant keeping creative teams, printers, vendors and internal stakeholders aligned, from brief to installation.

I worked with leadership on annual plans, budgets, ROI expectations and reporting, while managing approvals and deadlines across multiple accounts. One of the larger projects was Roofmart's national NES event, bringing event communications, web content, vendors and physical materials together. I enjoyed the range, and connecting the big-picture plan with the smallest production details.

Scalor Studio & independent creative work

Marketing strategy + graphic design · Calgary

Alongside my corporate roles, I explored marketing from a small-business perspective. As co-founder and marketing strategist at Scalor Studio (January–March 2026), I helped develop go-to-market and digital service packages for startups and small businesses, spanning websites, SEO, social media and paid advertising.

I also worked as a contract graphic designer for Unison for Generations 50+ (October 2024–January 2025), producing campaign and communication materials in line with established brand standards. The creative work kept me close to design and execution, while the consulting side sharpened how I think about priorities and practical solutions for smaller teams.

ThinkTech

Marketing Team Lead · Calgary

After moving from Singapore to Calgary, I joined ThinkTech as Marketing Team Lead. I led and mentored a four-person team, set campaign priorities, and owned quarterly marketing roadmaps and editorial calendars for blogs, newsletters, social media and other digital channels.

I was involved in both planning and finding new ways to reach people. For CDAP lead generation, I explored radio as a channel to connect with small-business owners beyond the usual digital approach. Across the wider program, I used data, performance reports and customer feedback to refine messaging and improve customer communication.

Targeted communications and lifecycle marketing contributed to a 20% increase in customer engagement. The role taught me how to lead people and programs while still staying close to campaign execution.

OVHcloud

Digital Marketing Specialist · Singapore

After Pop Up Wine, I moved into cloud technology with OVHcloud. It was a chance to work with a different audience and go deeper into customer journeys, automation, digital communication and optimization.

I designed and improved automated customer journeys, ran A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives, and collaborated with regional marketing and analytics teams across APAC. The work improved user engagement by 18%.

Pop Up Wine

E-Commerce Product Marketing Manager · Singapore

Singapore was where my marketing career really took off. At Pop Up Wine, a growing e-commerce business, I was involved in virtually every part of marketing and the online store. Shopify was a major part of my day-to-day work: managing the storefront, creating landing pages, uploading products, writing descriptions, organizing collections and launching promotions.

I worked across Shopify apps and integrations, payments, inventory and shipping connections, third-party platforms and the problems that arise when systems need to work together. I loved troubleshooting, improving the customer experience and making processes more efficient, not just launching a good-looking campaign. Alongside the technical side, I managed social media, paid campaigns, email, SMS, CRM automation, customer segmentation and loyalty programs, from planning and creative through launch and analysis.

I also helped with wine tastings and events, and collaborated closely with customer service, operations, warehouse teams and delivery partners. As the business grew, I helped establish warehouse workflows, work with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and improve the processes connecting Shopify orders with fulfilment and delivery. When COVID disrupted normal business, I supported the move toward online ordering, new sales channels and delivery operations.

Our growth, CRM and loyalty initiatives contributed to a 30% increase in online sales. Pop Up Wine is where I learned that e-commerce isn't just a website. It is the whole system, from the first visit to what happens after an order is placed.

Adidas

Brand Marketing Intern · India

At Adidas, I saw another side of marketing: how a global brand plans campaigns, launches products and creates a consistent experience across touchpoints. I supported product launches, market research and brand campaigns, and gained exposure to influencer collaborations and CRM.

It was a useful bridge between hands-on retail marketing and the digital, customer-focused work I went on to do in Singapore.

Lakhani Footwear

Marketing Coordinator · India

My career started with retail and distribution marketing at Lakhani Footwear. I supported promotions, vendor coordination, campaign materials and on-ground activations, learning how brands show up in real stores and across distribution channels.

It gave me an early understanding of the practical details behind a campaign, and how much those details matter to customers.

03 / About me

A little more
about the person.

I've worked in retail, e-commerce, technology, SaaS and B2B marketing. I've lived, worked and studied across India, Singapore, the UK, France and Canada, and each experience changed how I approach marketing.

I started in retail and brand marketing, moved into e-commerce growth and digital, and progressed into team leadership and integrated strategy. I enjoy having a hand in the whole process, from the initial idea to creative execution and analysis.

Great marketing isn't only a clever idea or a great-looking campaign. It's understanding the audience, bringing people together and making something work.
